    One morning my desktop computer refused to completely boot. It would show a blue screen with a spinning "wheel" in the center, and that's it. Took it to the Best Buy Willowbrook in Houston. Although it took four days, because of the large numbers of other customers, they fixed it without loosing any data. Really smart techs.
