The fellow that waited on me said according to the computer they would fit. The computer was wrong. Had to order them through Amazon which I don't like to do. Not Best Buy's fault.

Had Geek squad transfer the data from my old laptop to the new HP. Took it home, had a problem hooking up to the Internet, then another problem hooking up to the printer, brought the laptop and printer back to Bestbuy told to go home and call Geek squad. Then had another problem; there was no sound drive installed on computer. Took Geek squad just under one hour to do that. Running out of patience.

Never Shipped Product- Empty Envelope

Contacted Best Buy and they sent another empty envelope. Problem wasn’t resolved so their only option was to issue my money back. Shame on warehouse staff.

When it was time to finalize the order, I tried to delete the item I did not want. Computer did not let me delete. Or change. Offered me a 25 dollar gift certificate over and over. I finally gave up. No order, and I will probably not use Best Buy website except to look at stuff.
