Needed a set of these batteries for my blood sugar meter. They get very long life and that is super important in this application.

We used Energizer batteries in our digital thermometer, which has been useful with four children and countless colds and fevers. The battery lasted about six years, including storage time.

Energizers are good batteries generally and these are no exception. I needed the batteries to restart an exterior thermometer and they worked just fine.
