The customer service rep was excellent. It took two separate contacts to straighten out the shipping update problem, but it did get taken care of and I received my items safe and sound.

Good Replacements

With my CRV if the keyfob has a bad battery, you may not be able to start the vehicle. These worked perfectly. Also, I now have two spares for the next time the batteries are weak.
