This is a big mess

They told me that I could come back and get my money for something that I did not receive and now they’re telling me I have to call corporate after I drove all the way down there. Someone text me and told me to pick up my money With the receipt. The manager today on November 9 told me that I have to call corporate to get my cash refund.
