Work great. Though I find it funny, they are flavored to make kids spit them out when put in the mouth. One of my employees put this to the test and was utterly disgusted, immediately spitting it out. So the batteries work well electronically and likely live up to their child-safer claim.

The Energizer makes a quality battery that lasts several years in an auto Fob. With that said I wish Best Buy would stock packages with less than 6 batteries.

Lithium does mean they'll last for a very long time, though. As pricey as some can be, paying a bit extra for longer-lasting batteries is good itself.
