When it was time to finalize the order, I tried to delete the item I did not want. Computer did not let me delete. Or change. Offered me a 25 dollar gift certificate over and over. I finally gave up. No order, and I will probably not use Best Buy website except to look at stuff.

Now I have to get new ones. The original off brand that came with the remotes lasted for over 5 years. My money won't be, like the Bunny, keep going and going to them.
