Slow charger

Very disappointing that the pad is not magnetic for the phone, like it is for the airpods and the apple watch side.

Sorry the charging speed and placement experience haven’t been satisfying. This model doesn’t include a magnetic phone pad, so centering the phone is needed for proper alignment. Wireless charging will also be slower than direct cable charging. Your feedback on the magnet design is appreciated.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We checked the product details, and this model uses standard Qi wireless charging and does not include a magnetic (MagSafe/Qi2) connection for the phone. Because it relies on alignment rather than magnets, the phone may shift if it’s not centered or if there’s movement. If you prefer magnetic alignment, Energizer does offer separate 3‑in‑1 models that are labeled MagSafe/Qi2 compatible.

Very sorry the product didn’t meet your expectations. This charger supports Qi wireless charging for phones and earbuds, but the watch charging area is designed only for Apple Watch, which prevents compatibility with Samsung wearables. Glad you were able to return it.

Not worth it

The wireless charger is unable to charge the phone with a case and the watch and earbud charging place runs very hot during charging almost to the point the watch had to shut itself off due to high temperature. Ended up returning the product even though I knew I will loose the value of the gift certificate that was utilized to purchase it.

Charging Station Disappointment

My Apple Watch doesn't last as long each day after charging on this station. But mostly the light that comes off the base of the charger is so bright that I had to put black tape over it to be able to sleep. Not my best purchase.
