I later found out that there are different chargers or different phones. No where on the box does it say what phones it is coaptible with.

We’re sorry for the confusion. This 3-in-1 charger is Qi-certified and mainly designed for Qi-enabled devices and Apple accessories. While many Android phones support Qi wireless charging, compatibility can vary by model. The Samsung Galaxy A13 does not support wireless charging, which is why it didn’t work. We’ll make sure compatibility details are clearer in future packaging.

I’m sorry for the confusion about what this charger supports. Based on the product manual, the phone charging area works with most Qi‑enabled phones, including Android devices. However, the watch and earbud charging areas are compatible only with Apple Watch and AirPods, so Android watches or earbuds won’t charge on this model.

You need to remove your phone case unless it’s magnetic (MagSafe), which works well for iPhones. However, charging the Apple Watch does not work properly when charging both the AirPods and the watch at the same time or vice versa.
