Too bright

We appreciate your feedback. The RGB lighting is designed for aesthetic appeal, but we understand it can be too bright for a dark sleeping environment. You might consider placing the charger away from your bedside or using a power strip with a switch to turn it off at night.

Slow charging

Sorry about the slow charging and the light issue. Wireless charging is generally slower than wired, and the green light is part of the design to indicate power status. If the light feels distracting, you can place the station in a less visible spot. For faster charging, using a cable with your device is recommended.

Charges slow

Secondary use

It works for a quick, short-term charge, but you don't want it to be your main charger, as it leaves the phone extremely hot. The AirPods will lose battery faster than they charge, and the watch hmm wil be okay

Not fast but works

I didn’t realize that prior to purchase or I wouldn’t have purchased. My grandchildren use it though on their newer phones. It’s not very fast at all, like it says, but it does work.

Even thin cases may block charging if the coils aren’t properly aligned or if the adapter doesn’t meet the required QC 3.0 or PD standard.

I later found out that there are different chargers or different phones. No where on the box does it say what phones it is coaptible with.

We’re sorry for the confusion. This 3-in-1 charger is Qi-certified and mainly designed for Qi-enabled devices and Apple accessories. While many Android phones support Qi wireless charging, compatibility can vary by model. The Samsung Galaxy A13 does not support wireless charging, which is why it didn’t work. We’ll make sure compatibility details are clearer in future packaging.

Extremely bright
