Doesn't last long

Best Buy also has rechargeable batteries, which were out of stock when I visited. Next time I'll request them specifically.

Received a dead battery

It read less voltage than the one I wanted to replace. Tried it my device and didn't work as well as the old battery. Shipping cost is more than the value of the battery.

Great salesman!

He spent a very long time with us answering questions! We loved speaking with him! We are senior citizens and he was young but seemed to understand us. We will be back to see him for sure!
