This was an inexpensive purchase, and for the money was ok. It doesn't charge my phone very quickly and only adds about a 50% charge from 0%. I would only recommend this if you get it for a very low price.

      Hi Scott,
Glad the price felt reasonable, but sorry the charging speed and capacity didn’t meet your expectations. This model offers a smaller battery and slower wireless output, so it’s best suited for quick top‑ups rather than full charges.

      Hi KevinW,
Thanks for pointing that out. A 5,000mAh power bank usually provides close to one full charge for smaller phones, but when using wireless charging, energy loss during conversion means it may only deliver about 60–80% of a full charge. For best results, keep the power bank fully charged and minimize case thickness for efficient transfer. If you suspect a defect, please contact us here:

      Hi Bonnie,

Wireless charging generates heat mainly because of energy loss during electromagnetic induction. When power transfers from the charger to the device, some energy converts into heat. Factors that increase heat include:
.Misalignment between the charger and device
      .Thick or metal phone cases
      .High charging power (like 20W)

If the device feels excessively hot, it’s best to stop charging and let it cool down. Overheating beyond normal warmth may indicate a defect, so contacting Energizer support is recommended:

      Hi Bridge,
Sorry for the trouble with charging through the case. Wireless charging can be sensitive to alignment and case thickness, especially with magnetic designs. For best results, try removing the case or using a MagSafe-compatible case to maintain a stable connection. If the issue persists even without a case, please reach out to our support team for assistance:

      Hi ZayD,
Thanks for sharing your experience. Wireless charging is generally slower than wired USB-C charging, especially in a car where power delivery can be limited. For faster results, we recommend using the USB-C port with a 20W adapter. If the charging speed is still unusually low, please contact our support team for assistance or a possible replacement:

      Hi DavidS,
Sorry the charging speed and magnetic hold didn’t meet your expectations. Wireless charging is naturally slower than wired charging, so longer charge times are normal for this type of product. The magnet is mainly designed to help with alignment during charging, but I’m sorry it still didn’t perform the way you hoped.

      Hi Harrkev,
Thanks for sharing the details. Wireless charging output can vary depending on device compatibility and alignment. This power bank is optimized for MagSafe/Qi2 standards, which are primarily tuned for Apple devices. For Google Pixel, the magnetic case may not fully align with the coil, limiting power transfer. For faster charging, we recommend using the USB-C port with a 20W adapter. If performance remains unusually low, please contact our support team for assistance or a possible replacement:

      Hi,
It’s normal for magnetic wireless chargers to feel warm during use, especially at 20W output. The heat comes from energy transfer and is within safe limits if the device isn’t excessively hot. For best results, keep the charger in a well-ventilated area and avoid covering it while charging. If you notice extreme heat or performance issues, please contact us here:

      Hi RahulS,
Sorry to hear the battery life didn’t meet your expectations. The 5,000mAh capacity typically provides about one full charge for most smartphones, so charging to 57% suggests the power bank may not have been fully charged or the phone was in use during charging. The 3–4 hour recharge time is normal for this capacity. If you believe the performance is below spec, please contact our support team for assistance or a possible replacement:
