You have to lay the phone down on the charger and not move it or hold both together without letting go or the charger comes loose from the phone. Disappointed, especially for the brand name.

For better grip, make sure your phone case is MagSafe-compatible or try using the power bank without a case. If the magnet still feels inadequate, you might prefer a higher-capacity model with stronger magnetic alignment.

It can connect right to the phone because it’s magnetic along with his case that he has and he doesn’t have to worry about losing it cause it sticks to phone fast charging .

One not working at all, another one, the USB-C charging cable included is too tight to the point that it damages the internal connector of the product (do not use the one provided, other quality cables work just fine). The third time, the product made a humming sound as well as a sparkling one.
