The phone is not charging enough, and as a result, the battery level is dropping for power bank itself. Not good.

We’re sorry for the experience you described. With magnetic wireless charging, some warmth is normal, and when heat builds up the system may slow charging to protect the phone battery. This can make it seem like the phone isn’t gaining much charge while the power bank level decreases.
To improve performance and reduce heat, we recommend using the USB‑C wired output when possible, removing thicker cases, and keeping the phone properly aligned. It also helps to avoid waiting until the phone battery is extremely low before starting to charge, as charging from very low levels can generate more heat and reduce charging efficiency with wireless charging.

It's Like Fake Qi Charging

The Qi charging doesn't work through the back of my case which works fine on my plugged in night charging stand. Plus, I'd said when you can get it to charge, it only charges about half as fast as a "fast charging" plug-in transformer. And even then I'd only trust is to charge maybe from 60 to 100%, not a fully discharged phone, no way. Disappointed. Not dependable.

Not worth it

I did this twice same result. So I prefer to stop using it I do not want to have an accident with it
