When I called customer service I was transferred to AT&T twice when it was a Best Buy issue. I then had AT&T conference in with me to Best Buy because I was totally confused as to what the problem was. After being transferred 4 times with somewhat rude customer service associates, the issue was resolved.

Perfect for garage door opener
