    The only problem I have with this battery is it last long enough I don't need 2 and I can't seem to buy it in a single pack. So the second battery goes to waist by the time I need it.

    Good overall experience. The representative himself approached us for help and helped us change the battery in our fitbit device by using a quarter. It was over all a nice and wonderful experience.

    Battery installation was a problem. Sales Associate didn't know how to remove the back of the Fitibt (even though Best Buy sells them!). Customer Service was able to help me.
