    I purchased an open box "excellent condition" power bank that was supposed to come with all the parts. It arrived without the charging cord and only charges to 87%. When I charge it, the cord (which I had to supply myself) and wall plug get very hot! They sent me a bad product with missing parts but will not allow me to return the item because I partially paid for it with my best buy rewards. I contacted customer service three times and no one, not even a manager would help me. One person said I would get my rewards back if I returned, the other two and the manager said I would not get my rewards back but that I also cannot return the item. The worst customer service! To punish the customer for something they did not do wrong is ridiculous. I cant believe this and am so frustrated with them. I also live an hour and a half away from the nearest best buy store, which is why I order online, and they say I can talk to someone in a store, thats not an option. Be careful purchasing open box items from best buy, they are not the quality they say and they dont care about their customers. Basically scammers, no accountability.
