    I took this on vacation and it did not work well at all. At first it would indicate 1 hr to a full charge, and with-in 5 minutes the time would go to 2 hrs and then up to 5 hours before a charge. All it would do is maintain the current charge my phone was at and did not increase it at all. Quite disappointed.

    Worst Portable charger I've ever bought from Best Buy. This will be the last time I ever buy a used portable charger from Best Buy.     I hope this was just a defective one from the start. I couldn't get it to charge all the way, it got very hot when charging and then wouldn't turn on. I'm taking it back today.

    The items are not working properly.i purchased two of them and both seem defective. When its plugged into the wall it reads 90%. Once I plug it to charge a phone its reads 0% and won't charge anything.

    Took a very long time to get to 100% charge when initially plugging it in. The Energizer died surprisingly quick after that and continues to act the same way.

    Right out of the box it started having problems. It was stuck on 86 and wouldn't charge past that. I found a reddit thread about the issue that instructed me to use the battery down to 50 and try to charge it up again. Well that worked. But then it would flash "188" every once in a while. Didn't trust it for its purpose so I returned it promptly.
