That’s quite a feat because our phones were in constant use the entire day. And it recharged overnight and was ready for the next day.

However I didn’t realize that the charge port is micro USB instead of USB C. I would buy the newer version of this with USB C and PD delivery

I keep it in my bag in case I ever need a quick charge, as it's small and light enough that it takes up virtually no space. I find myself carrying it around my house with me while it charges my device, since it's about the size of my phone and doesn't add too much bulk in-hand. The charging speed is pretty fast too and has options for USB-A, USB-C, and Micro-USB cables.
