Swollen just over a year of owning, fire hazard

Specifically, using USB-based RGB twinkle lights connected to it. It worked great for even 150 pixels running a full weekend. However, Just over a year later of owning it, as I started doing inventory of my camping equipment, I noticed it was swollen. Of course its over a year old, so outside of any warranty or support. I also purchased a 30Ah Energizer battery a couple months after this one, and had to swap it the next day because it too was swollen brand new! Energizer apparently makes terrible USB battery banks. Buyer beware, they're a fire hazard.

Very weighty and premium to the touch. Included cable could be longer BUT it is USB-C, so very compatible with my main usage, a SteamDeck.
