Terrible charger. Loses power very quickly

I've contacted Energizer and they have not addressed the issue. Seems like a major defect. No other power bank that I have loses it's charge like this.

Newer products that utilize the usb c cables will not work and require an adapter or an old style cable.

Do not purchase

It worked as it should the first week. I took it with me to keep my phone charged while I did tourist activities when I arrived at my destination and it didn’t power up when I needed to charge my phone. I even checked the power lever before leaving the hotel room and it said it had 100%. Now the battery bank doesn’t charge or power back on after letting it sit plugged into the charger for hours.

Non working item

Go with ANKER

Charged all day, still blinks 0 and is dead. I regret not just getting another Anker. Didn’t hold a charge for long either. Very cheaply made in my opinion.

Waste of money

It only worked once and then no display on screen despite charging. When I returned from my trip on July 1st Best Buy stated it was no longer able to be returned (only 2 days after returnable date)!
