Drained super fast. We have 4 others that will charge our phones 3 or 4 times each. This one didnt charge one phone to 50% before being depleted

Worked as expected. But i dont think its really 10,000 Mah as i tried charging my samsung galaxy tab a7 (which has a 7,000 mah battery) and it only charged it up to 91% when it died. But id say if youre charging a phone its pretty good

Terrible. Bought once, it worked for half a charge or not even that. Returned bc i thought it was defective, got another one and once i charged it, it started counting down backwards to 0. Very weird products. Returned the 2nd one and went w a product off of amazon that had no name. That one is excellent!!

Battery died to soon. So if i didn't have had another source it would put in a place of feeling unsafe.

Takes forever to charge and loses battery fast ended up having to get a different one.

USB-C output does not work - checked with my i-phone and another device - does not charge anything. Was hard to find USB-C output way on the side. Charging old android with USB to micro-USB on phone works fine.

Garbage. Did not work at all. Do not buy, save your money.

Worst charger ever. It takes forever to charge with either port. And charges soooooo slow. Also should have capacity to charge more than 2 full phone charges, but did less than 1.5. Mine came partially charged, so maybe it was a defective return. Either way: Not cool reselling it or it’s just a bad product.

It was already charged 77% when I got it. So I tried to charge my phone but then battery depleted after within 30 min. It took me 12 hours to charge the power bank for 36%. I was really disappointed this Energizer power bank.

Pretty disappointed. Had read the reviews so was excited to try it out but I don’t know if it’s just mine that does this but first charge charges up to 70%-80%. Then have to unplug for 10 minutes before I can plug it back to get a charge to 100%.

This was my first external phone battery. I used it a couple of times and recharged it with no problems. On my third usage, I drained the ext. battery down to zero, I left it plugged into my phone for at least an hour (I was busy). That night I attempted to recharge the ext. battery but it would not take a charge.

Not happy with this product. I was only able to charge it once and it didn’t charge again. I took it back to Best Buy and they wouldn’t refund my money because it was past two week purchase date. They said I had to contact manufacturer.

I purchased this product for an event. The day if the event, it never worked. When I tried to return it, I was told it was passed the 15 return date. I was not aware it was only 15 days. I thought it was 30 days. I asked if they could switch it for another or a store credit, I was told no. $40 wasted!!!

Bought it specifically for an all day event, and kinda died on me, went from 40% to 0% battery all of sudden

I was very unsatisfied with this purchase. This device died on me after an hour of being used even though it's at 85% of it being charged. Also the associates in this Best buy acted as though everything was a joke.

I can see why it was 20 dollars on sale. It takes forever to charge and the battery dies very quickly.
