Disappointment

I used it a couple of times and recharged it with no problems. On my third usage, I drained the ext. battery down to zero, I left it plugged into my phone for at least an hour (I was busy). That night I attempted to recharge the ext. battery but it would not take a charge.

Defective Product

I was only able to charge it once and it didn’t charge again. I took it back to Best Buy and they wouldn’t refund my money because it was past two week purchase date. They said I had to contact manufacturer.

So I tried to charge my phone but then battery depleted after within 30 min. It took me 12 hours to charge the power bank for 36%. I was really disappointed this Energizer power bank.

Unsatisfied Customer

The day if the event, it never worked. When I tried to return it, I was told it was passed the 15 return date. I was not aware it was only 15 days. I thought it was 30 days. I asked if they could switch it for another or a store credit, I was told no. $40 wasted!!!

Not good

And charges soooooo slow. Also should have capacity to charge more than 2 full phone charges, but did less than 1.5. Mine came partially charged, so maybe it was a defective return. Either way: Not cool reselling it or it’s just a bad product.

Doesn’t charge all the way through in one sitting!

Had read the reviews so was excited to try it out but I don’t know if it’s just mine that does this but first charge charges up to 70%-80%. Then have to unplug for 10 minutes before I can plug it back to get a charge to 100%.

Very unhappy.

This device died on me after an hour of being used even though it's at 85% of it being charged. Also the associates in this Best buy acted as though everything was a joke.

Old Technology

Do not work

I’ve had it charging now for 6 hours. It’s still blinking the same number when I plugged it in. Changed places and chargers three times trying to get it to work. No luck so I will be returning it!!
