Battery not working

I tried 4 different cords with no luck. I am willing to return it and try a different one because I have always trusted Energizer products. I may have gotten one that was made during Covid.

Returned - Would Not Charge

Will not buy again

Misrepresented poorly performing power bank

"Rapid charge" NOT!
