I bought this for my grandpa and he express the same thing . It has been a game change when I travel. I don’t have to worry about charging in public charger and risk hacking . With this I am good to and don’t worry about running of juice for my phone and tablets.

Very practical for any place, lightweight but with high quality, ideal for going out without worrying about running out of battery on your cell phone.

Product performed as described, but be AWARE: there is NO fast charging. Please read package i promise you wont regret it. Second major issue is, even with oackaging claiming the usb-c is an in/out (which means you should have the ability to charge the bank with a usb c to usb c cable connected to higher speeds block. This does NOT work. The only way you can charge is : you must use the cable that came with the bank. Insert usb c end of cable into charger rhan the orher end of rhe cord is a usb A which you must plug into a wall charger with A compat. Despite the bank taking 3 hrs ro charge, it did work for about 2 weeks; resulting in chargikg fine, but when plugged it into my phone about 30 sec later it would display a warning of very slow charging. About 3 days later it failed to charge at all.

It has a few scratches but it works wellfffffffffffffff

The power bank has failed and just blinks "188" -- it was just displaying a garbled number before. I have not found a way to reset it. I wish to contact support but their website is not secure! When it worked (and I still have one working of two), it's a pretty handy power bank and I got it for a good price on sale. Nothing too fancy in terms of charge speed in or out, but the LCD to tell you the charge percentage is nice. I'd like a way to get support where I don't have to type in my whole address through an unencrypted website though. I'm pretty sure this is just bad luck but I don't have a way to rectify the issue.

Works great and is really fast to charge the phone.

Worked great for about 4 months. I think the battery brick itself gone bad out the blue. I have another later model that I ordered from Amazon and it’s working still. Would love to give this another chance but it’s barely been 6 months and mine stopped working.

This energizer is great. I have two of them for a back up just in case. Also I have use this on my heated vest and it’s feels good.

Was able to charge it ONE TIME. Used it the full charge then not able to charge again. GARBAGE. Complete waste of $$.

Only charging to 16% of capacity after about 30 cycles of use. Very disappointing! Also, the on/off button is too easily pushed unintentionally while the power bank is in a pocket or a bag.

Very good performance. Nice that the USB C outputs serves as a charging input. Easy to carry and has a unique power cord holder and wrist strap. Charge holds for a long time when not in use. Most battery backups lose charge over time

energizer 10,000 mAh power bank works great and the lcd gives a % of charge left, which is very convenient. The power bank large enough to charge my phone 3 times.

The battery charges fast and last long. I keep the fully charged battery to use when I'm out and about and need to charge my iphone. The battery is lightweight to carry in my tote bag.
