    I’m giving this item a 3 because it worked fine for the first couple of weeks, but then it suddenly stopped charging. Now it won’t hold any charge at all, so I can’t use it anymore. Pretty disappointing since it worked well at first.

    Easy to charge, longer wait for charge then usual. I use this all the time even when it gets a little wet " tear drop" it still works.

    This unit is ok and it charges up my cell phones rather quickly. However, being that it has 3 ports, only one of the ports can be used to recharge this unit and it honestly takes too long, several hours in fact, to charge back up. I also have a more expensive unit that charges much fadter and any of the ports will charge the unit. I won’t return this unit since it does actually works but i won’t be using it much. You get what you paid for.

    Absolutely fantastic! Everyone needs this. Features are great, has 1 cable. It’s so nice I bought the 10k and 5k sizes. 5k is smallest.

    Overall power bank is average. It has digital indicator on battery percentage is an advantage, but charging mobile is little slow even though connected through usb-c port takes more time.

    Wanted a small light usb battery for travel this works perfectly. I especially like the screen that shows the battery percentage rather than 4 dots. It has 3 ports 1 usb a and 2 usb c.

    The item works as advertised but considering that my phone is 5000mAh, I expected to get 2 full charges from it or at least near that. I haven't run the thing down to 0% yet but 1 full charge leaves it at ~40% so I expect that I won't get a full 2 charges from it and over time I expect to get even less.

A power bank's stated capacity doesn't translate to 100% usable power because some energy is lost as heat during the charging process.
