    I wished maybe i would have purchased a faster charger because this slow at charging. This takes way to long. Otherwise ita basic it perfoms adequately.

    This battery pack was purchased in late 12/2024 and hasn't gotten a whole lot of use since then; probably less than 20 charge/discharge cycles. The issue with this is the ability for the discharge to remain active while hooked to a bluetooth speaker via USB-C. The battery constantly turns off and has to be reactivated by changing the port or pressing the ON button. I don't know what is causing this because I'm using it outdoors (open cab delivery truck) and it doesn't feel hot either. In any case, it was a bargain with free shipping and I'll be recycling this one as soon as a possible.

    If you’re looking for one that will charge a phone several times before it needs to be charged then you may want to look at a larger one. But that being said it does do what it is supposed to do.

    The powerpack was great for about 6 months and then stopped working. I went to Best Buy and they said to request warranty replacement from Energizer. I have submitted 3 online requests with no response.

    Bought 2 of these for my grandsquad. They charged for a couple of days and stopped. One of the end pieces broke off of the charging cord. I was very disappointed. My 8yr old was enjoying having her own battery pack for her iPad

    -10/10 trash product only charge 1% then shut off plus the staff won’t refunded never buying charge or from Best Buy again

  • Energizer Power Pack Malfunction

    This is the second one I’ve purchased and it is doing the same thing as the first one. When I go to charge it the power pack starts flashing 188 which means there is an internal malfunction. I will have to return and replace this one just like the first one. This is getting irritating.

    It was missing the charging cable. It was an open box item but it did not state on the open box item label that it was missing the cable, it only said it had scratches or marks. I called the store and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I got it as an emergency way to charge my phone while out fishing and couldn’t even use it.
