Great until it stops working too soon

Energizer Power Pack Malfunction

When I go to charge it the power pack starts flashing 188 which means there is an internal malfunction. I will have to return and replace this one just like the first one. This is getting irritating.

Missing cable

It was an open box item but it did not state on the open box item label that it was missing the cable, it only said it had scratches or marks. I called the store and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I got it as an emergency way to charge my phone while out fishing and couldn’t even use it.
