This phone charger does not work for the iPhone mini 13. I was going on vacation and was very disappointed that I couldn’t take it with me.

Only charges 70%. Same result with 2 new ones.

This never charges more than 70% from the first time I try to charge it. I returned the item, got a replacement, does the same thing. So I am assuming it charges 70% of 5000mAh, so 3500mAh. Not what I wanted. Don't buy this. False advertisement. I have charged it with different cables, power cubes, etc. Same result.

      Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that it's frustrating when the charging capacity doesn't meet your expectations. The reason for this is due to a normal physical phenomenon called energy conversion loss.

When a power bank charges a device, the energy transfer isn't 100% efficient. Some energy is naturally lost as heat during the conversion process, which happens within the power bank, the charging cable, and your device itself.

This is why a 10,000mAh power bank won't provide a precise two full charges to a 5,000mAh phone. This is a common characteristic of all power banks and chargers on the market.

      We hope this explanation helps.
