Takes a while to fully charge but you would expect that in a power pack with its capacity. It has four blue leds on the side to indicate charging status. Would buy additional ones as gifts.

It can get confusing as to which type of cable to use to charge it and/or charge your phone. This could probably be solved by reading the instructions, something that I'll admit to have not done properly.

Works great. Charges quickly (relatively), and sustained charge throughout the project. LED indicator light relieve anxiety about running out of juice. Size and weight allowed me to slip battery pack in my pocket so I could move around freely.

Great for daily use

I usually leave it charging at work and then use it when im running low to top back up to 100% then leave the power bank charging again for the next day

Love My Energizer Portable Charger

It’s fast to charge my phone, fast to recharge itself, and doesn’t make my backpack heavier. Highly recommend

A complete pain to charge itself between uses.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When there's juice in it, this thing can charge my iPhone 8 pretty quickly and it is extremely portable/easy to store. Charging between uses, though, is a nightmare. It comes with a charging cable with a USB at the end, but not actual plug for it to go into. So I have to balance it on my PC tower to charge it, which takes a pretty long time. I tried using an Apple charger adapter and that was a terrible, terrible idea: DO NOT DO THAT. It's not intended by the manufacturer and the adapter itself heated up so much, I'm kind of terrified by what would have happened if I left it charging to run an errand.
