It was quick fast & seamless exchange, customer service was excellent so far. The first charger had all the bells & whistle but barely charged my phone. I'm trying out this one now. I'll come back & let you know?

Excellent Portable Charger

It can charge iphones, andriods, etc. Do keep in mind, the charging is slower than the basic plug in charger.

Thick as a Brick

I bought it to plug in my Ipad while I am away from the office. I also bought it to replace a 10,000mAh charger that I purchased primarily for travel use. The 20k unit is heavy little brick, easily twice the volume of a 10k one. It's fine for around the house use, but I would recommend a lighter 10K unit for travel.
