Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry the charging pad isn’t working consistently. Please make sure the phone is properly aligned on the pad — even a slight misplacement can interrupt charging. Also, this model requires a QC 3.0 or PD adapter to function correctly. Slow Item Pick-up + Poor Quality Product
