    Charged the power bank up and used it to charge a cell phone. The pack performed a timely recharge on the phone. After the partial discharge on the power pack I recharged it. One issue that I noted was that I was not able to obtain a 100% charge indication on the power pack. The maximum power indication was 99%. I was careful to provide ample time for the battery pack to fully charge, but could never obtain a 100% power indication.
