    I have only used once. I am not a techy person so I wasn't sure how to properly use. I had to go in the store and speak with a geek squad person. He was able to assist me. The one time I used it worked well.

    This is best purchase for me I have bought in a long time. It comes in handy to use at the Cancer Center when my husband goes for his Chemo treatment. Then don't have very many places to plug in my 10 ' cord.
