Solid but unspectacular, does what it is supposed to do without any magical features or buttons

Does exactly what it promises to do. It was a little bigger & heavier than I'd expected but, sitting in my briefcase, that's a difference that makes no difference. Since picking it up about a week ago, I've had occasion to use it to charge my phone, my tablet, and a flashlight… and it still had charge to spare. The only question that remains is longevity. But for now, this is definitely a win.

I bought it for my grandson so he could play Pokémon and not drain his phone.

Energizer is a trusted brand, so I purchased two of these power banks. The package claims a maximum capacity of 10,000mAh. One of them works fine and is able to charge my Samsung Note20 twice. However, the other one doesn't perform as expected, which is disappointing. I thought issues like this only occurred with unbranded products. I considered returning it but ultimately decided against it, as my time is more valuable.
