    It is slow to charge and the battery drains fast when charging devices. It's decent for the price point but for a couple of dollars more, you can get a better power bank.

    We purchased three of these as backup chargers for travel and our home hurricane prep kit. Right out of the packaging charging them was quirky to put it mildly. Took forever, and the display would look like they weren't charging. If we left them many hours then turned them off and back on again they would read 100% charged. I then successfully used one of the 3 power banks to charge 1 phone 1 time. Then on a flight I discovered that that same charger could not charge anything. Back home we tried to recharge it, and it showed 97% power, but when we connected to a device (yes, from the "out" port) it showed 0 and did not charge anything. We tried 6 different cables and device combinations. Then we got the other power banks out, and they all had the same malfunction. The good news is we found this out now while we are not under a direct hurricane threat. So I'm waiting on hold forever (good luck finding the customer service number btw) to get a refund on these worthless power banks. Please do not use these for emergency scenario preparedness kits.
