Slow charger

Stuck with it since I was a week over Best Buy’s 1 week return period.. Found a $20 off brand on Amazon that works better.

Charger case in failed. Otherwise it works.

Housing in a soft breaks apart when it falls on the floor by accident. I have this happen too many times to the point that I have to take it apart. And I could not fix the charging circuit. I have to shower shave battery. And build a new charger. From it

Free Money Given to Best for non working product.

I purchased this power bank to recharge my Go Pro while on vacation. The device would not recharge or take charge to restore battery. I took it back to Best Buy and the will not take it back. I had missed the 14 day return by one day. I have been a Best Buy for over 30 years. I will no longer patronize their business anymore.

Terrible charger. Loses power very quickly

I've contacted Energizer and they have not addressed the issue. Seems like a major defect. No other power bank that I have loses it's charge like this.
