Battery life doesn’t last long.taje a long time to charge

Takes forever to charge and loses battery fast ended up having to get a different one.

Would quit charging on its own, could never count on it. I am returning it. Plus, it's very heavy.

Stopped working after a month. Charged all day, still blinks 0 and is dead. I regret not just getting another Anker. Didn’t hold a charge for long either. Very cheaply made in my opinion.

I purchased this for a trip to Disney. It only worked once and then no display on screen despite charging. When I returned from my trip on July 1st Best Buy stated it was no longer able to be returned (only 2 days after returnable date)!

The max version of the energizer battery packs do not work as well as the Ultimate ones. Ultimate version are more reliable and cheaper than Max.

Veryslow in charging , unbelievable i bought it dues to the price, i have had 1 of the anker before and they r super fast

Wasn’t real impressed as it doesn’t come with the cords to charge whatever phone. May return for a better one.

Not as robust as I was hoping for. Works OK for recharging a cellphone or tablet that's turned off; not very useful for powering a tablet that is currently in use – in my opinion.

This Power Bank works well, has a nice feel and a basic instruction sheet is included. Good work Energizer. A charging cable is included in the nicely done packaging. Ref: This power Bank does not include a charger, but what device does? I like it.

It doesn't work. It won't charge. I tried multiple times with no luck at all.

It doesn’t stay charged as long as the other one I bought from you I’ll probably be bringing it back hopefully they’ll take it

Drained super fast. We have 4 others that will charge our phones 3 or 4 times each. This one didnt charge one phone to 50% before being depleted

Worked as expected. But i dont think its really 10,000 Mah as i tried charging my samsung galaxy tab a7 (which has a 7,000 mah battery) and it only charged it up to 91% when it died. But id say if youre charging a phone its pretty good

Terrible. Bought once, it worked for half a charge or not even that. Returned bc i thought it was defective, got another one and once i charged it, it started counting down backwards to 0. Very weird products. Returned the 2nd one and went w a product off of amazon that had no name. That one is excellent!!

Battery died to soon. So if i didn't have had another source it would put in a place of feeling unsafe.

USB-C output does not work - checked with my i-phone and another device - does not charge anything. Was hard to find USB-C output way on the side. Charging old android with USB to micro-USB on phone works fine.

Garbage. Did not work at all. Do not buy, save your money.

Not happy with this product. I was only able to charge it once and it didn’t charge again. I took it back to Best Buy and they wouldn’t refund my money because it was past two week purchase date. They said I had to contact manufacturer.

This was my first external phone battery. I used it a couple of times and recharged it with no problems. On my third usage, I drained the ext. battery down to zero, I left it plugged into my phone for at least an hour (I was busy). That night I attempted to recharge the ext. battery but it would not take a charge.
