    When you purchase this you will see it says 86% charged. You'll be tempted to immediately charge it - and it will stay at 86%. I think that's a shipping feature - they don't want to overcharge the battery at the factory prior to shipping. Just use it for a bit (get it down past 50%) and then it will charge normally. Since we read that on the internet and tried it - the pack has been GREAT!!!!

    3/5 stars. The product did charge my phone, but at an incredibly slow rate. The charger itself only holds up to 86 battery. I purchased this product because my phone has been dying quick & I needed it for a festival. The charger did charge my phone a bit, but wasn’t much help. It was a bit heavy, but it did come with 2 ports & was easy to charge. The charging cord it comes with isn’t very long either. There are definitely better products compared to this one for about $15-20 more.
