Good for the prize

This power bank charges slowly because it only supports 5V/2A input, and for a 20,000mAh battery, an 8‑hour recharge is normal. Getting about two full phone charges can happen due to energy loss and phone battery size. I bought it in July, and now in September, it no longer works. It won't charge even with a new cable. For that reason, I don't recommend it, and I can't return it to the store.

Do not purchase.

It worked well to recharge my phone and Apple Watch, but then I tried to charge the power bank itself, and it would not charged at all. I tried all different cords, outlets, holding the power button, and waiting a couple of days before trying again, but nothing worked. I would not recommend this product.

Slow charging

Charger doesn’t work
