I love this power bank because it is a great mix of storage capacity and mobility. It can charge your phone or tablet multiple times but isn’t as bulky as larger power banks. It is also great because it comes pre charged!

Looks good so far. As others have mentioned the charger arrives with 88% charge and doesn't charge higher initially. I have not yet drained the power as reported by others to see if it will fully charge.

Excellent to use for everything iPhone laptops or any mobile phone

USB-a port is off kilter with case and cannot use. Not sure if this was a return or just poor QC but the case also is scratched up. About the size of two modern cell phones stacked, convenient but wish it was functional. Glad I only paid $13 on Black Friday and not full price

We took this with us on a two week trip through London and Paris, and while it takes a few hours to fully charge up to full because of it's sheer capacity, it will in turn last for such a long time, which is highly necessary when traveling abroad and power sources aren't always going to be guaranteed where you're going to. I kept this in my front-body bag and it worked like a dream whenever my phone starting getting tapped out from using maps/GPS a lot. The other factor to keep in mind is that it is decently heavy, though if you have a small enough bag and you're not carrying too much else around with you it's not that big of a deal to me at least, but I have seen other reviews that also mentioned that. To me the higher capacity of the battery outweighs the minor inconvenience of *carrying something a little bit heavier than your typical tablet-sized phone.*

I bought a couple of these for a family trip, and they are workhorses that did what they were supposed to do. This battery has hours of capacity and is very reasonably priced. I purchased it for the value and was not disappointed. Be aware that these are bulky and kinda heavy, but you can charge a phone several times (3 or 4?) if this thing is fully charged. I think it's good.

Thie portable charger seems to have the rated capacity (unlike some others) and charges my devices quickly with a couple of port options (USB-A and USB-C). Even when cold it seems to work great. My only complaint would be the weight of this thing. It feels like a brick. It is great for the car, but I have another 20k mAh charger that is noticeably lighter that I carry in my backpack. To be fair, the lighter charger doesn't seem to have the same capacity this one does, but the weight does make a difference for me.

I did not know it would be bigger and heavy than a other chargers, But it works well.
