This is the second phone charger I've bought; I bought the first one 5 years ago and it's still working perfectly. I recommend this product; it's of excellent quality and the price is great at Best Buy.

It has been a game change when I travel. I don’t have to worry about charging in public charger and risk hacking . With this I am good to and don’t worry about running of juice for my phone and tablets

This is an amazing item. I’ve been using it for work (I’ve get to watch movies and listen to music while working) and this has been a life saver for me since I work 11 hours a day. I would highly recommend!

Great power pack with one little issue. The port used to charge it is labeled as in and out, but it only works for charging the power bank. Is it labeled incorrectly? Or does that feature just not work? I don't know. (See photo)

Best value for money. I liked the in and out port so I connected a magnetic port and I use the same port for charging in and out which will increase the life span of the port . Hold charge very well but take some time to charge because it's 20000 mAh thought.

Excellent product will recommend for convenience of use and portability.

When the device (Iphone 13) is connected, the charge transfers sporadically. Powers off, I have to press the “on” button so the device can charge. This happens each time I try to charge the Iphone. This power bank is a replacement for a similar model (larger in physical size) as I purchased previously from Best Buy. I did invest in the warranty with this purchase.

I love this power bank because it is a great mix of storage capacity and mobility. It can charge your phone or tablet multiple times but isn’t as bulky as larger power banks. It is also great because it comes pre charged!

Looks good so far. As others have mentioned the charger arrives with 88% charge and doesn't charge higher initially. I have not yet drained the power as reported by others to see if it will fully charge.

Excellent to use for everything iPhone laptops or any mobile phone

USB-a port is off kilter with case and cannot use. Not sure if this was a return or just poor QC but the case also is scratched up. About the size of two modern cell phones stacked, convenient but wish it was functional. Glad I only paid $13 on Black Friday and not full price
