I just recently purchased this item for traveling purposes. I’m a little confused on how this item works. I used this on my iPhone and now on my Mom’s Samsung Smartphone. It’s working so far but what I’m confused there’s only one bright light showing while it’s charging my Mom’s Smartphone. Is that normal? Does it depends on each current battery life will actually gets charged? How long does the charging process for each devices separately?

Perfect size and power source for my wife - compact enough to fit in her purse and easy to operate. Another great travel accessory.

I went through THREE crappy ones before finding this one. I can’t say enough good things about it. You definitely get what u pay for and this was well worth the money.

Such a great battery pack. It is a beast and has a very long long before having to recharge. Construction is very solid and connection point are well designed. Highly recommended.

Surprisingly great. Shame I lost it in an airport after first trip. Only had it a week but useful everyday while I had limited power sources.

It changes fast it doesn't fit my Samsung 9 phone with the cord provided but l use my phone cord

A good product works well. It is a basic battery when you need it for emergency situations.

I bought this because I needed a way to keep my phone charged while at work. There wasn't any other way to get a charge. I can charge my samsung and my ipod too.

Great price for what I received. It is quite heavy though so it is not the easiest to carry around.

Excellent when you need it and lasts a good while I would advise to let them charge fully overnight if going on a long road trip

The charger is heavy and bulky. It's difficult to connect the charging cable.

Excellent product. Works as advertised so far. Easy to carry around when out for the day in case your phone needs a charge. No complaints.

Connected a 1 Amp load and monitored the output voltage. The output was a solid 5V for a little over 7 hours giving about 37 Whr of power. This matches manufacturer's spec. NOTE that power bank mA hour ratings are a misleading. The 10,000 mAh rating is for the 3.7 V internal lithium battery, or 37 Whr. At the 5 V USB output this translates into about 7,500 mAh. I tested a couple of other power banks and found the same thing. I think they should be advertised by either the Whr rating or the 5V mAh rating. I gave this all 5 stars because it performed exactly to the manufacturer's spec.

Bought a couple of these after an extended power outage. They have come in handy a couple of times.

Have had this product for over 6 months now and it has held up well for daily use. It’s small and compact which is perfect for carrying in your pocket.

Works very well to keep my tablet going when I have extra work and can’t recharge. Was very glad I had it to charge my phone when the electricity was off during the snowstorm.
