Works great. Does take a while to recharge and is heavy but I will take the extra capacity to charge my phone several time over my old battery pack.

Looked for something to use at work to charge my phone. This worked great, it charges quickly which i didnt expect, easy to use. I also like that it has a digital readout on the display instead of the bars.

I do food deliveries and bought this portable charger to keep my phone from dying. I read the reviews online before purchasing and one person comment that they would have to alternate between the ports because her phone wasn't charging. Despite that review I still bought the charger and now experiencing what she mentioned. I only had this item for a week and it keeps connecting and disconnecting while charging. I tried using different cords, but still having a problem with charging. I bought the item because of the brand name, but does not work properly. Charger is heavy and bulky and quite pricey. I will end up returning it and getting another brand to try.

One of the best items I have ever purchased. Once charged it last days and is easy to carry and use. Keeps my teenagers electronics going when on the go.

Not too big. Multiple ports to plug in. Digital display to see how much power is left. Always keep in nearby when I’m working or out and about. Love it. Highly recommend.

We took this with us on our trip to Disney. We all used our phones frequently throughout the day. It was perfect for everyone to get a boost when needed. It also shows the percentage left on it, which was very useful in knowing when we had to charge it

This a great battery pack for recharging phones and tablets. It even has enough power to run my motorized lazy susan tray. I recharge it using a solar panel during the day and then recharge several devices during the evening/ night. The digital power readout is nice.

Powered everything that I ever needed to the point where I didn’t need to have a wall plug. That anxiety of low battery for my phone does not affect me anymore now that I have this product

This is a horrible charger. I got it thinking it would be faster and multicharging. It only charges one thing at a time and only with the cord it comes with. It weighs so much. It takes forever to charge. It's a paperweight on my desk. I use my other power bank which weighs much less and can charge more than one thing at time while being held together by tape and rubberbands.

This is high power portable power bank bought on sale at a price that bested lower 20,000 mA competitor brands. Presently own an Energizer power bank that is over 10 years old that is functioning without any issues (obviously haven’t passed the charge recycle limit yet).

This Energizer - Max portable battery charger is the best one that I have every owned. After it is fully charged, I can charge up to three devices. It stays charged for multiple days and is a life saver!

I used it for my photo booth business which had limited power outlets. Perfect for what I needed. It powered my devices and the event was a blast.

Charges reasonably fast even with a standard (fast) phone charger. Fast charges my phone faster than its normal charger, charged the phone to 50% using only 5% of it's energy. Overall does exactly what I bought it for, but there is 0 documentation in the box, how hard would a 1 page pamphlet have been?

Good battery but beware it's pretty heavy. I knew it will be a little heavier than my previous one but couldn't realize how much heavy it was.

Bought this to use during camping trips where I have no access to power outlets to change my cell or tablet. it holds enough power to charge both several times. Very happy with my purchase.

The Energizer Max power portable battery is phenomenal. I bought this during a power outage and was so glad to have something that was already charged & ready to go to keep me going until the power was restored. It recharges faster than expected. This battery is so good that I bought 4 more for my family members & neighbors so they too could have peace during an outage.& to have whenever it’s simply impossible to get to a wall outlet to charge gadgets

Great Battery Life About a day of charging last me 5 full charges between two days on the IPhone. Only downside I had with this is the time it takes to charge full. It's about a full day

This Battery was so useful, it’s very slow to charge, but lasts for hours once it’s powering your object. This went through TSA 6 times and they never ask about it.
