    We got this 30,000 unit and a 20,000 on the same day. We had recently gone through power outages because of tornado damage to feeder lines in our utility system. This one worked. However, the 20,000 unit (reviewed separately) was returned for refund as it would not charge fully and would not hold a charge.

    This is a great product. I have a smaller one that has worked very well for the past three years. I bought my daughter one for Christmas and she loves it as they have power outages quite frequently. I think every household should have these power banks.
