I used the cord that came with it. It charged to 86% and stopped. The USB outlet was super hot, so I tried it in another outlet and same, then tried another cord and another outlet. All got super hot and it never charged over 87%. I had another powerbank charging which was 36,000mAh and it was fine. Went from 45%-90% in the time this one went from 80-86%.

Good but wont fully charge

Went on a weekend camping/ hiking trip out in the sticks which required a lot of Google maps and music. I was able to keep routing and rocking all weekend long thanks to this itty bitty box. Highly recommended!

Disappointed

More importantly, it takes a long time to fully charge. There was virtually no change for hours using the usb wire it came with. I ended up using a usb wire from an old laptop. That got the charge percentage to start to increase, but even then it was slow.
