Will not charge past 86%. Lacks port functionality

The C- port only works for charging the bank itself and is a little disappointing. I had expected better from energizer and will now have to return it. I’ll try an exchange and come back and edit this if the other one is all good. My hopes ate low for it though and i might just go for a different brand that has a big enough charactet.

has trouble with charging issues for other devices

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought for my mom for her trip to Europe, she said that it worked for the first couple of days or so on the trip, but after the middle or later end of the trip, she said that even if it was fully charged the charger wasn't fully charger her phone or that it seemed that it was dying even though she had charged it prior to using it. Personally, I used it for a day just to try the product out, but by the time my mom used it intentionally for her trip, she said that she started having trouble with charging issues and or difficulties when using the product.

Backup power for lhobe charging

The battery was able to fully charge my Android phone all 5 days with plenty of life remaining.

Awful

Upon removing it from the packaging it was dead, was not able to charge. Got it refunded and exchanged for another one believing the first was a dud. My second one only lasted for two hours, and shut down while charging my iPhone 14. I would not buy this product again or recommend it.
