    I did pick up this portable charge before a trip and when I opened it it did have scratches and seemed like it was used and returned, I am still out of town and unable to return it. Make sure you open box as soon as you buy it just incase you have the same issue

    Do not buy this portable charger. I bought this portable charger before I left for Kansas on orders with my Army unit. The portable charger wouldn’t turn on after two days. Called and they said they couldn’t extend the return date even though I wouldn’t be back in state in time. Terrible customer service and understanding of my situation.

    My gf has one that works fine so I bought one for a camping trip but it won’t charge past 86%. Tried draining the battery and also different chargers to no avail. Failed me when I really needed it so it’s going back.

    The previous version that was 20,000 mah was alot better. These "fast charge" is significantly slower then the older version.

    I purchased this battery 2 days ago. I was at work and opened it and the battery was at 0%, i charged it overnight at work and it was at 100%. Took it home that day and went to use it for the first time and it was at 0%… amazing quality control… i just replaced a mycharge battery that did this after 1 year. My hopes are not very high for a replacement…
