Missing ability to also putput through usb c

Its also really weird when you connect your phone it soemtimes doesnt detect your phone conected to it so you need to press the button on the side.

The ports don't work with consistency and Best Buy won't take it back. Would not recommend.

The USB-C port would not charge my iPhone 13. Would start and then shut off after a few seconds. Took too long to charge.

Non-functioning after ~6 months

I have taken great care of this product and ensured that it doesn't take any damage or stress, but it's now unable to function as intended within half a year.

Not very convenient nor’ quick. Takes an excessive amount of time to charge. Input and output is very confusing to get the portable charger to charge.

Bad investment
