    Stopped working after a week

    Only had this device for about a week before it completely stopped working. Charged it to 100% and within 30 minutes of charging my phone stopped working, display does not turn on

    Used once then it leaked

    I bought this for a trip. I used it once to charge my phone. Recharged it. When I returned home my souvenir bag was wet and stained but I had no liquids in the bag. The battery was very wet and appears to have leaked in the bag. I went to Best buy 8 days after purchase to return it but they claimed that it was not a supported issue. Haven't tried to contact Energizer yet. But this product seems like a hazard. I do not recommend it. I've used other Energizer power banks with no problems. I'm really disappointed in this product and best buys customer support.

    I wish I could give the zero stars because it’s the biggest piece of garbage. Right out of the box it wouldn’t hold a charge. It died within 24 hours. The ports were not quite right and hard to plug devices into after two weeks. They didn’t work at all. I can’t even plug anything into this, sadly, I only had two weeks to return it so now I’m stuck with it and I’ve emailed energizer multiple times now they refused to provide their product.

    Won’t Charge Anything

    It doesn’t charge anything. So far, it has only charged itself up to 100%, and I can’t get it to charge anything that I have plugged into it. Going to return it.

    86% charge common defect

    Yep. Device stops charging at 86%. So many of these reported with this exact same percentage that Energizer needs to pull these from the shelves. It came “recharged” at 76%, understandable. But it means that it most likely never got a full charge.

    Powebank wont charge to 100%

    My powerbank stopped at 86% when charging. I purchased the powerbank yesterday and used it as soon as i opened it. Drained the powerbank to 40%. Now i’ve been charging it for almost 7 hours and it stopped at 86%

    Earbuds didnt stay in my ear. Sound was Allright but had to return them for the fit issue

    How to charge the thing?

    First charge: The LED indicator has been flashing 86 for the last 3 hours. The usb-c slot doesn't care how you insert the cable connector (not how usb should work).

    Good value but does NOT charge devices with USB-C

    It’s great for the value it provides and its price range but beware that the USB-C port is ONLY to charge the battery pack and does NOT provide outgoing charge to a device. It’ll only use USB-A to charge devices.

    I used it one time on my cell the power bank went from 100% to 26% it didn't even fully charge my cell phone. I plugged it in to charge and it showed an error . I returned it
