To hot to touch.

We were doing a200 mile marathon up in Oregon, so I took it to charge various things through out the race. It took half a day to charge one set of batteries for headlamps! And was still super hot! Doesn’t seem safe!

Power bank would not charge

The specifications fit the way the power bank would be used, and the reviews were positive. I trust Energizer batteries, so I thought this item would also be a good buy. Out of the box, the power bank was charged at 85%. The first time it was charged, it charged only 4% after 6 hours. The power bank would not fully charge. Given all of the positive reviews, this issue may be atypical of this product. All the same, I will be returning this item and getting an Anker, the brand I’ve trusted for power banks over many years.

Stop working after 45 days and unable to return it

Only lasted 45 days and it stopped working. I tried several different charges (that work with other battery packs) and after over two hours it stayed at 0. Too late to return it at best buy and could never get the company that handles Energizer returns to exchange it for a replacement.
