I’m sorry your power bank only charges your phone intermittently and that you have to wiggle the cable to make it work. I went four times to BEST BUY customer service - one hour drive, and No Clear Instructions were provided to me. Very bad customer service.

Doesn’t last long enough

Sorry the runtime didn’t meet your expectations. A heated vest draws significantly more power than a phone, so a 5,000mAh power bank can drain much faster—often within the kind of timeframe you experienced.
