The reason it couldn't fully charge your phone is due to a normal physical phenomenon called energy conversion loss. When energy is transferred from the power bank to your phone, some of it is naturally lost as heat. Because of this, a 5,000mAh power bank won't provide a complete 5,000mAh charge to your phone's battery.

I plug it into a hello watch 3 and it last two days. I have a cheaper 4000mah bank that i plug into the watch and it last about 14 days. I figured the name brand would be better in this case, not so.
